Toby Payne is a Year 10 drama student at John Curtin College of the Arts with a strong interest in team branding and design. Following last year’s success in the Level 3 Spatial Design competition, he returns to the Subs in Schools program as part of AquaTech, bringing new ideas and enthusiasm to a fresh team dynamic.
